Alan K. Clarke
Mr. Clarke received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Morehouse College (Phi Beta Kappa), and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and was a research assistant for Professor David Wilkins. Prior to law school, Mr. Clarke worked in the Center for Executive Education at the Brookings Institution and also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Mr. Clarke was an associate at the law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart, LLP, where he focused on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and sports finance. At Harvard, Mr. Clarke advises on a wide variety of general corporate matters, including commercial transactions, real estate matters, international ventures and intellectual property matters.
