Following law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Levin H. Campbell of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She then joined the Boston-based law firm of Ropes & Gray, where she practiced for over twenty years. As a partner at Ropes & Gray, Jennifer focused on transactional tax and structuring matters, international transactions and private fund formation.
