Ms. Brill began her career in urban planning and environmental consulting, and following law school built a practice in environmental and land use law at the law firm of Foley Hoag, LLP in Boston. As a partner at Foley Hoag, she concentrated her practice on the permitting and development of complex projects, environmental compliance, and clean energy.
