Rebecca M. Ginzburg
Ms. Ginzburg received a B.A. magna cum laude from Amherst College and a J.D. magna cum laude from the Boston University School of Law, where she was a notes editor of the Boston University Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Ginzburg practiced in the corporate department of Ropes & Gray LLP. From Ropes, Ms. Ginzburg joined the Harvard Office of the General Counsel as an Associate Attorney and began teaching 1L legal writing and research at the Boston University School of Law. In 2010, Ms. Ginzburg joined the Boston University Office of the General Counsel, where her practice included intellectual property, research collaborations and compliance, free speech, student affairs, privacy and security, investment matters, international matters, commercial transactions, and general business matters. At Harvard, Ms. Ginzburg advises clients on a wide variety of business, academic, research, intellectual property, compliance, student, and policy matters.
