Mr. Rubinstein received his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Following law school, Mr. Rubinstein joined the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he concentrated his practice on traditional labor and employment law. In addition, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Before joining the Office of the General Counsel at Harvard University on a secondment, he practiced labor relations and employment law at the New York office of King & Spalding LLP and served as an Attorney-Adviser at the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Rubinstein is admitted to the New York bar; he is based in New York City.
