Sara M. Madge
Ms. Madge received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California and her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she served on the Harvard Law and Policy Review and was a teaching assistant for Professor Robert Mnookin. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel she practiced at the law firm of Ropes & Gray, LLP, concentrating her practice on tax, employee benefits and executive compensation for both tax-exempt and for-profit organizations. Ms. Madge also spent a year with the National Center for Youth Law, working to improve children’s access to health and mental health care. At Harvard, Ms. Madge advises on a broad range of general corporate matters, including commercial transactions, charitable giving, health law, labor & employment, and tax.
