Emily Morrow

Associate Attorney

Ms. Morrow received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Colgate University and her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Following law school, Ms. Morrow joined the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP where she concentrated her practice on complex civil litigation and government and internal investigations. In addition, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sanket Bulsara of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Morrow was a Meloy Law Fellow at New York University’s Office of General Counsel. At Harvard, she advises on a wide range of legal issues, including litigation, investigations and faculty and student affairs.
