Kelsey Montgomery
Ms. Montgomery received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she represented indigent clients in Boston Municipal and Juvenile Courts as a student attorney in the Criminal Law Clinical Program. She began her legal career as a litigator in the boutique civil litigation firm Sugarman and Sugarman, P. C. From there, Ms. Montgomery transitioned her practice to litigation and counseling in the areas of labor and employment law at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Montgomery was an Associate General Counsel at Northeastern University where she worked for six years. At Northeastern, Ms. Montgomery provided legal guidance, support, and partnership in all manner of faculty affairs, litigation, employment, and labor matters. At Harvard, Ms. Montgomery primarily advises in the areas of faculty and student affairs, labor and employment, and litigation.
